On Chinese New Year festival none inauspicious word is wanted. Inauspicious words are the words causing people imaging about unhappy or unlucky things, such as death, accidents, losing money, failure, falling, etc. Their homophonic words should also be avoided as much as possible. One typical example is that Chinese generally avoid mentioning the number four or ten, because they are homophones of "death".
