Material:
Minced pork 150 g, 2 cucumbers, 1 soup spoon of soy bean paste, 1/2 soup spoon of sugar, 2 soup spoons of cooking oil
Method:
- Cut the cucumbers into 5 cm long of segments. Make a groove in size 3*1*2 cm on each segment.
- Warm the cooking oil in a pan. Put the minced pork in the pan. Stir-fry until the pork is no longer pink.
- Form a bamboo picture with the cucumber segments and the cucumber skin you cut away from the cucumbers when you made the grooves.
- Put the soy bean paste and sugar in the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for 3 minutes.
- Fill the grooves with the pork mixture.
